Basic Whole Wheat Bread

Basic Whole Wheat Bread

1 c. warm water
1 tsp sea salt
1 tblsp blackstrap molasses
1 tblsp olive oil
1 tblsp yeast
2-3 c. whole wheat flour

Note: I usually double this recipe for a loaf of bread

Instructions:
Assuming yeast is active, mix all ingredients except flour. Mix in 2 c. flour. Add in more flour, while mixing, if needed,  until dough balls up in the center of the bowl. Flour surface and hands and knead bread for approx. 15 mins. Place in a warm bread pan and place in a warm place until dough doubles in size. Bake for 30 mins. at 350 F.
